TERMS & CONDITIONS

 TO PARTICIPATE TO 1951 GK COACHING SESSIONS

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS 

​

I am aware that 1951 GK Coaching sessions involves risks, dangers and hazards.  The risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; variation or steepness in terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration; mechanical failure of equipment; variation or changes in the playing surface; dealing with shots from other GK's; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for the 1951 GK sessions; collisions with other players;  failing to play safely or within the limitations of one’s own abilities and negligence of other participants.

2. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

​

I have been advised to wear protective equipment (such as gk gloves; soccer boots) as this might avoid certain type of injuries.

I am aware of the risks, danger and hazards associated with 1951 GK sessions and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching agreeing to my participation to the 1951 GK Sessions and permitting my use of their services, equipment , and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows

  1. To waive any and all claims that I have or may make in the future against 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching and to release 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in the 1951 GK Coaching sessions due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

  2. To hold harmless and indemnify the releases for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation of the 1951 GK sessions.

  3. To accept any treatment provided by paramedics if deemed required

4. PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS

 

  1. Consent to the use, publication and reproduction by 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching members, of Photographs/Videos of my child for the purposes of advertising, media publicity, and general display including on 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching web pages.

  2. Agree that the use, publication or reproduction of the Photographs/Videos may occur by any medium, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, brochures, promotional content and websites, including social media outlets.

  3. Agree that the rights granted to 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching under this release and waiver form are perpetual and I hereby waive any interest that my child or I may have in the copyright to the Photographs/Videos now or at any future time. I acknowledge that neither my child nor I expect to receive any payment or any other consideration in connection with the taking, use or storage of the Photographs/Videos.

  4. Acknowledge and agree that any use of the Photographs/Videos is, at the date of publication, made in good faith and is not intended to defame or offend my child or bring my child’s reputation into disrepute.

  5. Release 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching, their employees, officers, and contractors from any liability (including consequential loss) connected with the publication, reproduction, or release of the Photographs/Videos.

In entering into this Release Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching with respect to the safety of participating in the 1951 GK Coaching sessions, other than what is set forth in this Release Agreement.

 

I confirm that I have read and understood this release agreement prior to signing it, and I am aware that by signing this release agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives may have against 1951 Goalkeeper Coaching.

By registering you or your child with the 1951 GK Sessions you agree to abide by these principles.
